Upon your arrival at Adelaide International Airport (ADL), please remember to collect your entire luggage from the baggage claim area before proceeding to exit the arrivals area. Helpful information when renting an ACE vehicle at Adelaide Airport
The minimum age to rent and drive an ACE vehicle is 18. Drivers under the age of 21 are subject to a daily young driver’s fee.
All drivers are required to hold a valid full driver’s license at the time of rental, and international drivers are required to provide an international driving license.
Additional drivers can be added to the rental agreement at a daily additional driver’s fee provided that they are present at the time of rental and meet the requirements.
Foreign renters are required to also provide their valid passport.
Returning your rented ACE vehicle at Adelaide Airport
Please return the rental car to ACE with a full tank. If your rented vehicle does not have a full tank upon return you will be charged for not only the fuel but also an additional fee for refueling.

Please remember to collect your personal belongings from the vehicle before returning it to ACE.

After-hours arrangements can be made: please contact the office 48hours before pickup, a $50 surcharge will apply. Please be advised that Ace Adelaide have moved to new premises as of 22nd June 2020. The new address will be 74 Blyth Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Mon - Fri 0800 to 1600 / Sat - Sun 0800 to 1300 - Ace offer a pick-up & drop-off service to our Adelaide Airport branch for customers during operational hours, servicing the domestic & international terminals. The final shuttle departs the location 30 minutes before closing daily.
