ALAMO Car Rental at Adelaide Airport

The Alamo counter at Adelaide Airport is located in the Arrivals Hall to the right of the baggage carousel, when you go to pick up your luggage. Baggage Claim is located on the Ground Level of the terminal, which is in James Schofield Drive, Adelaide Airport SA5950 (Alamo counter tel +61 8 8234 4822). The Alamo Adelaide Airport counter is open daily from 6.30 am to 10.30 pm, every day of the week. The car parking area for pickup is within a short walk of the terminal. The Alamo Adelaide Airport fleet includes vehicles like the Compact class Hyundai i20 or the Economy class Kia Rio, the Standard SUV class Mitsubishi Outlander and the Premium Passenger Van (8-seater) Kia Carnival or similar. Unless otherwise stated, all vehicle classes include unlimited free kilometers in their base rate and all vehicle classes also come with standard Collision Damage Waiver cover (AU$4,400.00 for small vehicle classes, AU$5,550.00 for large vehicles).

Customers can purchase extra protection. Purchase of Super Collision Damage Waiver means customers will only be liable up to the nominated liability for the cost of repair to the vehicle and that of any 3rd party or their property.

Other optional extras include GPS navigation systems, baby, child and toddler safety seats, roadside assistance, booster seats, Tire and Windshield Protection and additional drivers.

The minimum age for renters is 21 years. A young driver's surcharge applies to all renters aged 21 to 24. The primary renter must be 25 years or over, and any additional drivers must also be at least 25 years old to avoid paying a young driver's surcharge for the period of the rental.
