EUROPCAR Car Rental at Adelaide Airport

The Europcar counter is located in the terminal building and is open daily from 6.30 am to 10.30 pm. Staff can be contacted at the Europcar counter on tel +61 8 8150 3090.

The minimum age renters must be is 21 years. Drivers aged 21 to 24 are subject to a young driver's surcharge which is added every day of the rental period. There is no upper age limit. Certain vehicle classes can only be rented by drivers aged 25 and older.

Europcar is just one of many car rentals available at Adelaide Airport. 

Optional extras available from Europcar at Adelaide Airport include GPS, additional drivers, infant/toddler/child safety seats and extra insurance cover, for example Windscreen, Lights, Wheel and Tire cover. You can also add Roadside Assistance, which would help you when you run out of fuel, have locked your keys inside the rental vehicle from Europcar or need a jump start because you've left the lights on overnight.

The Europcar Adelaide Airport base rate includes unlimited mileage and basic Damage Liability reduction. Pay a little extra for Medium Damage Liability reduction, and you reduce liability down to just 10% of what it might be in an accident or if it's vandalised. Pay for Premium Damage Liability and this will reduce your liability to nearly ZERO. Basic rates already include third party property loss, so you only need to decide if you want to have extra peace of mind.

Payment can be made with all major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard or with Europcar charge cards, vouchers and cash, but this may depend on the type of vehicle you rent – for luxury or premium vehicles you may have to provide two credit cards to secure the reservation and pay for the deposit.

There is another depot at the University of Adelaide, should you decide after your arrival in the city that you require a rental car. Europcar 'downtown' is located at 29/225 North Terrace, Adelaide 5000 , tel +61 (0) 8 811 46350. The depot is open on Saturday and Sunday from 8.00 am to 12.45 pm and Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:15 pm.
